NOVELTY - Preparation of organic solar cell active layer material involves mixing conjugated polymer chosen from polymers (a)-(i) containing thiophene and its derivatives as main chain and graphene to form donor material, dissolving donor material in high boiling solvent to form solution, heating under the protection of inert gas, filtering solution, storing in dark of 24 hours or less, blending the filtrate with (6,6)-phenyl-61C-methyl butyrate (PCBM), stirring at 100-140 degrees C to obtain active layer material solution, and spin coating active layer material solution into film. USE - Preparation of organic solar cell active layer material. ADVANTAGE - The method produces active layer material having positive effect on increasing hole transport rate. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of organic solar cell active layer material involves mixing conjugated polymer chosen from polymers of formula (a)-(i) containing thiophene and its derivatives as main chain and graphene to form donor material, dissolving donor material in high boiling solvent to form solution, heating under the protection of inert gas, filtering solution, storing in dark of 24 hours or less, blending the filtrate with PCBM, stirring at 100-140 degrees C to obtain active layer material solution, and spin coating active layer material solution into film.
