▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene electrode nano-generator comprises irradiating back of polyimide film with carbon dioxide laser in laser cutting machine to obtain two LIG electrodes with a preset shape, taking the PI film with two LGL electrodes as a friction layer, selecting electropositive friction material with a contact charge as a sliding layer, and preparing graphene electrode nanorgenerator. USE - Preparation method of graphene electrode nano-generator e.g. triboelec tricnanogenerator (TENG). ADVANTAGE - The method simplifies the preparation process of the nano-generator, reduces the production cost, and avoids the damage of the metal electrode to the soil and environment, has good output performance, and has great application potential in realizing sensor self-supply energy.
