▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing composite film graphene comprises (i) taking graphene oxide paste and adding a solution of aqueous solution of an acid solution to prepare an oxidized graphite alkene acid dispersion liquid, (ii) stirring uniformly, (iii) adding modified reagents to mix, (iv) stirring and reacting the graphene agent mixed solution, filtering and separating, (v) adding the deionized water-graphene paste to the water dispersion solution, and homogenizing to obtain an oxide graphene slurry, (vi) coating the composite slurry on the base material after defoaming, drying and demolding, and (vii) stacking the graphene number of the composite film and pressing into graphene composite film material under the action of pressure. USE - The method for preparing composite film graphene used in electronic device radiating field and can also be used in communication power supply and miniaturization process of electronic device. ADVANTAGE - The method is capable of preparing the composite film material with improved axial radiating performance, high heat conducting coefficient and heat treatment layer, good interlayer affinity and flexibility, and improved mechanical processing without occurrence of layering and crushing problem.
