▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene-reinforced magnetic hydrogel comprises putting 1 g polyvinyl alcohol and 5 ml pure water into container, slowly stirring and heating for 10 minutes; freezing polyethylene alcohol to - 20 degrees C for 21 hours; thawing for 3 hours; repeating first to third steps twice, adding graphene oxide and ferroferric oxide to 3 times of thawed polyvinyl alcohol. USE - Method for preparing graphene-reinforced magnetic hydrogel (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The hydrogel has enhanced mechanical properties and overcomes low impact strength. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: (1) preparation of graphene oxide using Hummers method comprising adding graphite powder into mixed solution of concentrated sulfuric acid and concentrated phosphoric acid at volume ratio of 9:1, stirring, adding potassium permanganate; reacting at not greater than 200 degrees C for 2 hours; reacting at 350 degrees C for 30 minutes; adding deionized water, reacting at more than 980 degrees C for 40 minutes; adding hydrogen peroxide solution and deionized water, filtering, washing with 1 mol/L hydrochloric acid and vacuum drying; and (2) preparing ferroferric oxide adding comprising dissolving ferrous chloride tetrahydrate and ferric chloride hexahydrate at a mole ratio of 1:2 in distilled water, adding polyethylene glycol solution, mixing, filling mixture in sealed container under nitrogen protection; slowly adding ammonia to mixture to adjust pH to 11; rapidly stirring when color changes from light brown to black; crystallizing at 600 degrees C for 1 hour, magnetically separating iron oxide, washing separated ferroferric oxide repeatedly until pH is 7, adding 0.5 mole/L hydrochloric acid solution, processing surface to obtain ferroferric oxide transparent colloid solution and vacuum drying.
