▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Selectively reduced graphene oxide, is claimed. Removing epoxy group and hydroxy group on the front and back two surfaces of graphene monolithic structure by reduction method. USE - The reduced graphene oxide is used as graphene intermediate material in the fields of biomedicine and functional materials. ADVANTAGE - The reduced graphene oxide: has hydrophilicity and hydrophobicity; and improves the hydrophilicity, biocompatibility and chemical modification of the graphene. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the selectively reduced graphene oxide, comprising (a) preparing graphene oxide using Hummer method, filtering and washing the precipitate with 5% hydrochloric acid for 3-5 times, then filtering and washing the precipitate with purified water until can not pass through filtering to obtain graphene oxide hydrogel, ultrasonically dispersing the graphene oxide hydrogel with purified water, then transferring to the low speed and large capacity centrifuge, centrifuging at a speed of 4000 revolutions/minute for 20 minutes, separating the reduced graphene oxide hydrogel for 3-5 times until the solution pH value is about 7, washing the inorganic ions to obtain purified graphene oxide; (b) mixing the graphene oxide and polar solvent according to ratio of 0.1-40:1 (mg/ml) to the total amount of 300 ml mixed liquid, adding into a 500 ml bottle, and performing ultrasonic treatment for 0.5-2 hours to obtain uniform and stable graphene oxide dispersion liquid, adding 0.1-3 g selective reducing agent to the graphene oxide dispersion liquid, adjusting the pH value of the solution to be 2-12, reacting in a water bath at 30-60 degrees C for 24-96 hours to obtain selectively reduced graphene oxide; (c) filtering the selectively reduced graphene oxide, washing the residue with purified water until it can not pass through filtering, conveying into a low speed and large capacity centrifuge, centrifuging for 20 minutes under the speed of 4000 revolutions/minute, separating the selectively reduced graphene oxide hydrogel, ultrasonically dispersing the hydrogel by purified water, and then centrifugally separating the hydrogel for 3-5 times until the solution pH value is about 7, and washing the inorganic ion to obtain the pure selectively reduced graphene oxide hydrogel; and (d) collecting the pure selectivity reduced graphene oxide hydrogel in 500 ml beaker, placing in an oven for drying at 30-100 degrees C for 48 hours to obtain the solid selectively reduced graphene oxide.
