NOVELTY - Preparing nano-composite materials with eco-friendly and high damping properties involves performing graphene oxide and hydroxyl functionalized carbon nanotube modification, and then performing surface modification of graphene oxide and hydroxyl functionalized carbon nanotubes with silane coupling agent whose mass percentage is 0.5-5 wt.%. The surface-modified graphene and carbon nanotubes of 1-6 wt.% silane coupling agent are blended with nitrile rubber powder, polyvinyl acetate particles, antioxidants, and compound extruded through a twin screw extruder and granulating, and obtaining by graphene and carbon nanotube composite nitrile rubber-polyvinyl acetate damping material. USE - Method for preparing nano-composite materials with eco-friendly and high damping properties used in preparation of vibration and noise reduction materials (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare nano-composite materials which is simple and easy to implement, the raw materials are produced industrially, and it has a good value for popularization and application. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a nano-composite material with environmentally friendly and high damping properties, which is made of 1-6 wt.% modified graphene oxide, 1-6 wt.% modified hydroxyl functionalized carbon nanotubes, 23-63 wt.% nitrile rubber, 31-70 wt.% polyvinyl acetate, and 0.5-2 wt.% antioxidant.
