NOVELTY - Preparing graphene-polyaniline-polyaminobenzenesulfonic acid ternary nanocomposite material involves adding scaly graphite powder to 98% concentrated sulfuric acid in an ice bath under mechanical stirring, adding 50-80 wt.% sodium nitrate to the graphite powder along with 2-4 times the weight of potassium permanganate, and reacting in an ice bath for 30-120 minutes. USE - Method for preparing graphene-polyaniline-polyaminobenzenesulfonic acid ternary nanocomposite material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare graphene-polyaniline-polyaminobenzenesulfonic acid ternary nanocomposite material, which has a large current response to alkaline phosphatase (AP), and good stability of the modified electrode, and is suitable for AP as a sensing material. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing graphene-polyaniline-polyaminobenzenesulfonic acid ternary nanocomposite material involves adding scaly graphite powder to 98% concentrated sulfuric acid in an ice bath under mechanical stirring, adding 50-80 wt.% sodium nitrate to the graphite powder along with 2-4 times the weight of potassium permanganate, and reacting in an ice bath for 30-120 minutes. The obtained reaction solution is heated to a temperature of 30-40? for 4-5 hours, mixed with deionized water and hydrogen peroxide, and stirred for 1-3 hours, followed by adding 5% hydrochloric acid, and performing centrifugal until no sulfate ions are present to obtain graphene powder. The graphene powder is dispersed ultrasonically to form a homogeneous suspension of 0.3-1g/L, followed by adding aniline and m-aminobenzenesulfonic acid, and protonic acid hydrochloric acid and initiator ammonium persulfate in an order, where the mass ratio of aniline and m-aminobenzene acid is 4:1-6:1. The reaction solution is then reacted at room temperature along with stirring, cooled to room temperature after the completion of reaction, and centrifuged to obtain a precipitate. The precipitate is then washed with ethanol to obtain graphene-polyaniline-polyaminobenzenesulfonic acid ternary nanocomposite material.
