▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Producing graphene radiation-proof fabric comprises (i) placing graphene conductive fiber and coated resin material in a stirrer for stirring to obtain material A, (ii) placing material A and nano ceramic absorbent into stirrer for stirring to obtain material B, (iii) placing material B in a double-screw extruder, heating and extruding to prepare spinning melt, melting and spinning to obtain spinning fiber, (iv) washing spun fiber by water, bleaching and drying, spinning into fabric to obtain graphene radiation-proof surface layer, weaving graphene radiation-proof surface layer and polyester fiber layer by circular weft knitting machine to obtain graphene radiation-proof fabric, and (v) weaving graphene radiation-proof fabric, coiling, placing rolling fabric on antibacterial dip-dyeing device to obtain antibacterial graphene radiation-proof fabric, washing and drying by water, and rolling. USE - The production method of graphene radiation-proof fabric is useful for chemical industry field, and producing clothes and security gloves. ADVANTAGE - The fabric has good radiation-proof effect, stable performance in acid and alkali environment and soft texture. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a graphene radiation-proof fabric prepared by above method.
