NOVELTY - Water-soluble graphene is prepared by dispersing graphene oxide in water, adding sulfur-containing phenylhydrazine compound at graphene oxide and sulfur-containing phenylhydrazine compound 1:1-6 mass ratio, ultrasonic washing for l-2 hours, reacting at 70-90 degrees C for 4-18 hours, filtering to remove insoluble impurities, evaporating mother liquor under reduced pressure, concentrating, removing sulfur-containing phenylhydrazine compound excess, and vacuum drying at 60 degrees C. USE - Method for preparing water-soluble graphene (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene has good solubility.
