NOVELTY - Preparing two-dimensional material grid electrode based on electro-fluid printing involves dispersing two-dimensional material in mixed solvent of ethylene glycol and isopropanol, adding ethyl cellulose, ultrasonically dispersing, centrifuging, taking supernatant and ultrasonically dispersing to obtain two-dimensional material electrode ink; transferring pre-processed substrate into electro-fluid ink jet printer, setting grid pattern, adjusting width of printing line is 5-10 mu m, printing two-dimensional material electrode ink on pre-processed substrate, then annealing treatment to obtain two-dimensional material grid electrode. USE - Method for preparing two-dimensional material grid electrode based on electro-fluid printing used for optoelectronic device which is at least one of sensor, thin film transistor, field effect transistor, light emitting diode, and solar cell (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method has simple preparation technique, low cost, high device refining degree, low raw material loss, and wide application range.
