▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparation of copper-coated steel corrosion-resistant conductive coating comprises (i) pre-treating the copper coated steel surface, (ii) uniformly spraying the coating on the surface of the coated steel, and placing it into a dust removing chamber for standing, and (iii) drying the coated copper steel after spraying, and cooling to obtain a corrosion-proof conductive coat. USE - The method is useful for preparing copper-coated steel corrosion-resistant conductive coating for power system for maintaining operation of transformer substation safety. ADVANTAGE - By adding the reducing graphene the coating with strong conductivity and the common action of the chemical component hydroxyl ethanol with strong bonding force with the copper surface can obviously improve the corrosion resistance and conductivity of the coating layer, and can prolong the service life of the copper-clad steel material. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a copper-coated steel corrosion-resistant conductive coating for power system.
