NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene involves mixing I-stage or II-stage graphite intercalation compound with reducing solution, leaving, obtaining high-expandable graphite, acid-washing to remove impurities, filtering, ultrasonic dispersing in 0.5-5 wt.% aqueous solution of dispersing agent or ethanol solution for 30 minutes to 3 hours, obtaining graphene dispersion liquid, freeze-drying the obtained liquid, obtaining graphene powder, or adding water-soluble polymer, precipitating, and obtaining graphene-containing polymer masterbatch. USE - Preparation of graphene (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of high-quality graphene with reduced structural defects under mild reaction conditions and high reaction speed when compared with catalytic oxidation system. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of graphene involves using I-stage or II-stage graphite intercalation compound as precursor, mixing I-stage or II-stage graphite intercalation compound with 1-10 wt.% reducing solution, leaving for 1-5 minutes, obtaining high-expandable graphite, acid-washing to remove impurities, filtering, ultrasonic dispersing in 0.5-5 wt.% aqueous solution of dispersing agent or ethanol solution for 30 minutes to 3 hours, obtaining graphene dispersion liquid, freeze-drying the obtained liquid, obtaining graphene powder, or adding water-soluble polymer, precipitating, and obtaining graphene-containing polymer masterbatch. The reducing solution is borohydride aqueous solution or tetrahydrofuran solution of lithium aluminum hydride.
