NOVELTY - A dispersant composition comprises an acrylic polymer (A), an amine compound (B) having a boiling point of 200° C or less, and an organic solvent (C). The acrylic polymer (A) contains a carbonyl-containing structural unit (I) and the compound (B) is at least one selected from secondary aliphatic amines, tertiary aliphatic amines, aromatic amines, secondary aromatic amines, tertiary aromatic amines and heterocyclic amines. USE - Dispersant composition used in positive electrode paste used for manufacturing positive electrode coating film for power storage device (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The dispersant composition is capable of reducing the viscosity of the carbon material-based conductive material slurry and the positive electrode paste and provides positive electrode coating film having reduced resistance and power storage electrodes having reduced DC resistance value. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A dispersant composition comprises an acrylic polymer (A), an amine compound (B) having a boiling point of 200° C or less, and an organic solvent (C). The acrylic polymer (A) contains a carbonyl-containing structural unit of formula (I) and the compound (B) is at least one selected from secondary aliphatic amines, tertiary aliphatic amines, aromatic amines, secondary aromatic amines, tertiary aromatic amines and heterocyclic amines.
