NOVELTY - A composite graphene electrode comprises an electroconductive material which is an oxidized conductive material. The oxidized conductive material is synthesized with reduced graphene. The reduced graphene is obtained from a graphene mixture reduced by a dispersion solvent. USE - Composite graphene electrode used in supercapacitor. ADVANTAGE - The composite graphene electrode has improved hydrophobic characteristics and charge/discharge safety. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for production of the composite graphene electrode.
