NOVELTY - Glass fiber reinforced plastic antenna cover comprises strong core felt, fiber cloth and slurry are made by vacuum bag film technology, the slurry is composed of 60-80 pts. wt. vinyl resin, 5-10 pts. wt. aluminum hydroxide, 2-4 pts. wt. fluorinated graphene, 1-3 pts. wt. anti-ultraviolet agent, 2-5 pts. wt. curing agent, 2-5 pts. wt. release agent, 0.5-2 pts. wt. antioxidant and 0.5-2 pts. wt. coupling agent. USE - Used as glass fiber reinforced plastic antenna cover. ADVANTAGE - The glass steel antenna cover has excellent mechanical property, good specific rigidity, outstanding impact resistance and fatigue resistance, and excellent wave transmission rate, product average wave transmission rate is more than 90%, using the strong core felt to prepare glass fiber reinforced plastic antenna cover, reduces the paving time and reducing the cost (under the same thickness), quickly increases the thickness of the paving layer, saves the operation time.
