▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A Graphene/AlN nanocomposite material includes a substrate and a plurality of intercalation particles. The substrate includes two or more graphene layers, and the graphene layers form one or more interlayer gap. The intercalation particles are AlN nanoparticles and located in the interlayer gap. The weight percentage of the intercalation particles is in a range between 5% and 20%, with respect to that of the Graphene/AlN nanocomposite material, and a distance between the graphene layers is in a range between 90nm and 500nm.
