NOVELTY - The method involves providing an organic carbon source solution, adding the organic doping source containing the doping element to the organic carbon solution to mix to form a precursor solution, providing the precursor solution to the cathode of the current collector, heat treating the precursor liquid to form precursor film layer, using the laser source to etch the precursor filmlayer to graphene the active substance layer containing the doped element, where the doded element is connected with the carbon graphene in the active material layer in chemical bonding manner. USE - Method for preparing a cathode pole piece for a battery monomer used in electric device (all claimed). Uses include but are not limited to electric vehicle, hybrid vehicle, plug-in hybrid electric vehicle (PHEV), hydrogen-powered vehicle, etc. ADVANTAGE - The method enables improving gram capacity and electrochemical performance of the cathode.
