NOVELTY - A composite film comprises a sandwich structure of oxidized graphene, gold nanorod and oil amine-modified graphene. The oxidized graphene is single and/or multi-layer. The surface of the oxidized graphene has carboxyl, hydroxyl and epoxy bond. The gold nanorod has hexadecyl trimethyl ammonium bromide. It has a length of 20-100 nm and a length-diameter ratio of 2-10. The oil amine radical is located on the oil amine-modified graphene. USE - A composite film. ADVANTAGE - The composite film is amphipathic. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of composite film comprising: (A) taking natural graphite as material to prepare oxidized graphene; (B) preparing gold nanorod with hexadecyl trimethyl ammonium bromide; (C) dissolving the oxidized graphene into the oil amine, adding sulfuric acid, heating the mixture, and obtaining oil amine-modified graphene; (D) dispersing the oxidized graphene and gold nanorod to the water, adding the gold nanorod aqueous solution to the oxidized graphene aqueous solution, and obtaining gold nanorod-oxidized graphene aqueous solution; (E) dispersing the oil amine-modified graphene into the toluene; and (F) adding the oil amine-modified graphene toluene solution to the gold nanorod-oxidized graphene aqueous solution, obtaining oxidized graphene, gold nanorod and oil amine modified graphene on water-toluene interface, and obtaining the composite film.
