NOVELTY - A cerium oxide-doped graphene material comprises 4-6% cerium, and has a specific surface area of 100-250 m2/g, an ordered mesoporous structure, stability and high porosity. USE - Cerium oxide-doped graphene material. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for single-step preparation of graphene material, which involves preparing a suspension of graphene oxide powder dried at 115 degrees C for 30 minutes, adding distilled water, ultrasonically stirring for 10 minutes, adding cerium nitrate hexahydrate as a cerium precursor to the obtained suspension, ultrasonically stirring for 10 minutes, adding sodium boride as a reducing agent, ultrasonically stirring for 30 minutes, introducing the obtained reaction mass into cylinders of a microwave reactor (CEM) of Mars-6 model, heating under microwave at 40-80 degrees C and at a power of 800 W for 15 minutes, cooling the reaction mass to room temperature, washing with water and alcohol, filtering, drying the obtained product in a lyophilizer, and calcining to obtain a black powdery solid.
