▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Graphene-surface waveguide optical fiber, comprises a first single-mode optical fiber (41), a second single-mode optical fiber (42) and a coreless optical fiber (43), where two ends of the coreless optical fiber are respectively welded with the first single-mode optical fiber and the second single-mode optical fiber, a femtosecond-fabricated waveguide (44) is arranged in the coreless optical fiber, two ends of the femtosecond-fabricated waveguide are respectively connected with a fiber core of the first single-mode optical fiber and a fiber core of the second single-mode optical fiber, the femtosecond-fabricated waveguide has an evanescent field on a surface of the coreless optical fiber, and the coreless optical fiber is covered with a graphene film (431) on the surface where the evanescent field is located. USE - The fiber is useful in an all-optical modulation probe, and an all-optical modulator (all claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) an all-optical modulation probe; and (2) an all-optical modulator.
