NOVELTY - The pretreatment method of waste straw in full material fermentation, involves (I) pre-activating wollastonite, sending to improved liquid, stirring and mixing to obtain pretreating agent, where the preparation method of improved solution, involves (S1) adding graphene to ethanol solvent, adding sodium dodecyl sulfate, stirring, adding sodium pyrophosphate, and stirring to obtain graphene liquid, (S2) adding sodium hydroxide to graphene liquid, adjusting pH, adding chitosan, (S3) stirring to obtain improved liquid, (II) sending waste straw to ammoniation tank for processing, placing ammoniation tank with processing liquid comprising urea and water and mixing, sealing and fermenting, (III) water washing straw, drying, stirring and mixing with pretreating agent, stewing, and washing, (IV) adding pretreated straw to ionic liquid for pre-mixing, performing ionization treatment, water washing, and drying. USE - Pretreatment of waste straw in full material fermentation. ADVANTAGE - The straw is improved by using improvement solution and activated wollastonite, and the activated wollastonite is formulated by cooperating with wollastonite and hydrochloric acid solution for water bath treatment, and cooperating with rare earth lanthanum chloride and analcite to form abrasive is modified to improve the activity and acicular fineness of wollastonite. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The pretreatment method of waste straw in full material fermentation, involves (I) pre-activating wollastonite, sending to improved liquid, stirring and mixing, controlling stirring temperature at 85-95°C for 25-35 minutes, and finishing stirring to obtain pretreating agent, where the preparation method of improved solution, involves (S1) adding graphene to ethanol solvent at mass ratio of 1:3, adding 20-30 wt.% sodium dodecyl sulfate, stirring for 20-30 hours at 100-700 rpm, adding 10-20 wt.% sodium pyrophosphate, continuously stirring for 10-20 hours to obtain graphene liquid, (S2) adding sodium hydroxide to graphene liquid, adjusting pH of solution to 11.0, adding 10-30 wt.% chitosan, (S3) stirring for 20-30 minutes at 500-1000 rpm, stirring for 20-30 minutes at 100-300 rpm, and finishing stirring to obtain improved liquid, (II) sending waste straw to ammoniation tank for processing, placing ammoniation tank with processing liquid comprising urea and water and mixing, sealing and fermenting for 10-30 minutes, controlling sealed fermentation temperature at 35-40°C, (III) water washing straw, drying, stirring and mixing with pre-treating agent, stewing for 25-35 minutes at 80-100°C, and ending water washing, (IV) adding the pre-treated straw to ionic liquid for pre-mixing, performing ionization treatment, finishing ionization, water washing for 1-3 times, and drying.
