NOVELTY - Preparing three deminsional graphene/copper composite material involves using stainless steel balls, copper powder, magnesium oxide and polymethyl methacrylate as raw materials, using ethanol as the ball milling medium, mixing, and performing ball milling to obtain a mixed solution of copper, magnesium oxide, polymethyl methacrylate, and ethanol. The ethanol in the mixed solution is removed, and sieved to obtain dry and uniformly dispersed copper/magnesia/polymethyl methacrylate powder. The copper/magnesium oxide/polymethyl methacrylate powder is subjected to low-temperature reduction and high-temperature reduction treatment respectively to obtain a 3D graphene/copper and magnesium oxide mixed powder grown, pickled with dilute hydrochloric acid to remove magnesium oxide in the mixed powder of three deminsional graphene/copper and magnesium oxide. USE - Method for preparing three deminsional graphene/copper composite material on the surface of copper powder with a solid carbon source. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare three deminsional graphene/copper composite material that has high tensile strength, good conductivity, and has a good application. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing three deminsional graphene/copper composite material involves using stainless steel balls, copper powder, magnesium oxide and polymethyl methacrylate as raw materials, using ethanol as the ball milling medium, mixing, and performing ball milling to obtain a mixed solution of copper, magnesium oxide, polymethyl methacrylate, and ethanol.
