NOVELTY - Anti-corrosion and abrasion-resistant photo-curing coating composition, comprises acrylate mixture, photoinitiator, ceria-graphene oxide and maleic anhydride polybutadiene. USE - The anti-corrosion and abrasion-resistant photo-curing coating composition is useful for polyethylene terephthalate film (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The anti-corrosion and abrasion-resistant photo-curing coating composition: solves the problem of poor corrosion resistance and wear resistance of the existing polyacrylate coating; and has both wear resistance, adhesion, impact resistance, unique high hardness and scratch resistance and excellent corrosion resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for polyethylene terephthalate film, comprising base material layer and hard coat layer. The hard coat layer is attached to the surface of the base material layer, and the hard coat layer comprises anti-corrosion and abrasion-resistant photo-curing coating composition; and preparation of anti-corrosion and abrasion-resistant photo-curing coating composition, comprising (1) stirring and mixing deionized water and graphene oxide to obtain uniformly dispersed graphene oxide suspension (FG), taking deionized water and cerium(III) nitrate hexahydrate, mixing and stirring the two until there is no precipitated liquid to obtain dispersed cerium(III) nitrate suspension (SG) and mixing the two liquids of FG and SG to obtain a uniform graphene oxide-cerium ion (GO-Ce) suspension, (2) adding certain amount of hydrogen peroxide solution into the GO-Ce suspension, and performing ultrasonic treatment to obtain graphene oxide-cerium ion (I) suspension (GO-Ce4), slowly adding sodium hydroxide solution to adjust the pH to form graphene oxide-cerium hydroxide suspension, transferring it to a stainless steel autoclave with PTFE as liner, and carrying out hydrothermal reaction at high temperature to obtain reaction, washing the reaction mixture with a mixture of absolute ethanol and distilled water, performing high-speed centrifugation to obtain ceria-graphene oxide, (3) taking maleic anhydride polybutadiene (MLPB) and ceria-graphene oxide, mixing it into agate mortar, carrying out repeated mechanical shear grinding to obtain viscous liquid mixture, and (4) adding photoinitiator to acrylate mixture and stirring to obtain pure acrylate photocuring solution (PA), pouring PA solution into a mortar, stirring with viscous liquid mixture, and performing magnetic stirring and performing ultrasonic vibration and dispersing to obtain final product.+++
