NOVELTY - Graphene and epoxy resin-modified geopolymer cement comprises graphene/epoxy resin composite material. USE - Graphene and epoxy resin-modified geopolymer cement used as construction material. ADVANTAGE - The graphene and epoxy resin-modified geopolymer cement uniformly disperses graphene, solving the problem of easy agglomeration in the bulk material, has greatly improved mechanical properties including impact resistance, tensile property and bending property, good quality, and uniform components, and is easy for industrialization. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: (1) preparation of the graphene and epoxy resin-modified geopolymer cement comprising preparation of alkali activator by adding alkali metal hydroxide in water to form a solution, adding with alkali metal silicate having a modulus of 3-4, uniformly mixing, and obtaining alkali activator having modulus of 1-2, adding graphene/epoxy resin composite material, stirring uniformly, gradually adding geopolymer, and continuously stirring; and (2) preparation of graphene/epoxy resin composite material comprising stirring and dispersing graphene in epoxy chloropropane, adding bisphenol A, fully stirring, heating in water bath at 75-80 degrees C, obtaining a reaction system, adding sodium hydroxide solution, reacting for 1.5-2 hours, stopping heating, adding benzene, stirring for 20-30 minutes, standing the organic layer, and distilling to remove benzene and unreacted epoxy chloropropane.
