NOVELTY - The device has a compound semiconductor layout structure laminated with two semiconductor layers and an active layer. A graphene layer is coated with an exterior part of the compound semiconductor layout structure. A light emission part is provided with an electrode. An electrode substrate is welded into one of the semiconductor layers. An insulating layer is interposed between the compound semiconductor layout structure and graphene layer, where the insulation layer is made of silicon dioxide. USE - Light emitting device. ADVANTAGE - The device is stable, and improves physical and chemical stability of the graphene layer. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a sectional view of a light emitting device.
