▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The method involves controlling temperature of an electrolyte between 4-50 degree Celsius, where concentration of medium and small molecular organic acids is about 0.001-5mol/L. Constant voltage of electrolytic reaction is adjusted according to total molar concentration of anions in the electrolyte. A graphene material is rapidly separated from solid and liquid by using a filter barrel. A filter cake obtained by separation is left to stand and soak in a pure water tank. The pure water tank is placed in a pure water tank. A completely dispersed filter cake is quickly separated by the filter barrel to obtain a graphene precursor. Moisture content of a final graphene filter cake is controlled to be 70-95 percentage according to demand, where mass ratio of the pure water in the pure water tank to volume of the filter cake is about 1:1-5000. USE - Method for preparing graphite by electrochemical peeling. ADVANTAGE - The method enables improving graphite, reduces the raw material loss, the mass graphene is high, it is environment-friendly and energy-saving and has low cost. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a scanning electron micrograph/microscopic photograph of a graphite.
