NOVELTY - Heavy anti-corrosion bi-component environmentally friendly aqueous paint comprises e.g. component A and component B in a weight ratio of 8-20:70-110, where the component A is composed of 10-30 pts. wt. aqueous acrylic polyurethane resin, 2-5 pts. wt. dispersing agent, 50-100 pts. wt. deionized water, 2-8 pts. wt. first auxiliary agent, 2-5 pts. wt. reactive diluent, 10-20 pts. wt. surfactant modified graphene, 1-5 pts. wt. thixotropic agent, 10-20 pts. wt. nano-filler and 1-10 pts. wt. defoaming agent; and the component B is composed of 600-800 pts. wt. aqueous acrylic polyurethane resin, 50-100 pts. wt. deionized water, 50-150 second auxiliary agent, 10-50 pts. wt. crosslinking agent and 1-10 pts. wt. defoaming agent; the surfactant-modified graphene comprises surfactant, graphene, salicylic acid, deionized water and the surfactant is sodium dodecyl sulfate, sodium dodecyl sulfonate, sodium dodecylbenzenesulfonate, and/or sodium alkylnaphthalene sulfonate. USE - Used as heavy anti-corrosion bi-component environmentally friendly aqueous paint. ADVANTAGE - The aqueous paint has excellent compatibility and stability, excellent film properties includes high bonding strength, high sealing property, high film thickness and low shrinkage, long storage time and simple preparation process. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Heavy anti-corrosion bi-component environmentally friendly aqueous paint comprises component A and component B in a weight ratio of 8-20:70-110, where the component A is composed of 10-30 pts. wt. aqueous acrylic polyurethane resin, 2-5 pts. wt. dispersing agent, 50-100 pts. wt. deionized water, 2-8 pts. wt. first auxiliary agent, 2-5 pts. wt. reactive diluent, 10-20 pts. wt. surfactant modified graphene, 1-5 pts. wt. thixotropic agent, 10-20 pts. wt. nano-filler and 1-10 pts. wt. defoaming agent; and the component B is composed of 600-800 pts. wt. aqueous acrylic polyurethane resin, 50-100 pts. wt. deionized water, 50-150 second auxiliary agent, 10-50 pts. wt. crosslinking agent and 1-10 pts. wt. defoaming agent; the surfactant-modified graphene comprises surfactant, graphene, salicylic acid, deionized water in a weight ratio of 1-2:10-15:0.8-1.2:5-10; and the surfactant is sodium dodecyl sulfate, sodium dodecyl sulfonate, sodium dodecylbenzenesulfonate, and/or sodium alkylnaphthalene sulfonate. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing heavy anti-corrosion bi-component environmentally friendly aqueous paint comprising adding dispersing agent, deionized water, first auxiliary agent, reactive diluent, surfactant-modified graphene, thixotropic agent and antifoaming agent to stirred tank, then heating at 40-60 degrees C and start stirring at a speed of 1000-2000 revolutions/minute for 10-30 minutes, then degassing under vacuum, allowing to stand to obtain component A; adding aqueous acrylic polyurethane resin, deionized water, second auxiliary agent, crosslinking agent and antifoaming agent, then stirring at speed of 1000-2000 revolutions/minute at normal temperature for 30-60 minutes, degassing under vacuum and allowing to stand to obtain component B; mixing component A and component B in a weight ratio of 8-20:70-110 to obtain final product.
