NOVELTY - The device has a protective cylinder (2) installed on a mounting seat (1). A mounting cylinder (3) is coaxially installed in the protective cylinder. A side of the mounting cylinder is rotatably sleeved with a fan blade (31). A heat exchange motor is fixedly installed on a left end of the mounting cylinder. A rotating shaft of the heat exchange motor is provided with a turbine blade. The mounting cylinder is provided with an air inlet. A transparent plate (7) is embedded on a PTFE micro-porous film. A graphene coating is set on an inner and outer surface of the mounting cylinder. The transparent plate is selected as a Polymethyl methacrylate organic glass plate. USE - Annular wind type anti-condensation monitoring and protective device. ADVANTAGE - The protective cylinder and the mounting cylinder are matched together, so that the beam collecting airflow heats the surface of the mounting cylinder, thus reducing the temperature difference. The device has high practicability, wide range of applications, and better economic benefit.
