▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing nano-reinforced functional flat wire composite material comprises (i) adding functional nanomaterials to silkworm feed, and feeding the silkworm supreme clusters with obtained silkworm feed and (ii) adding silkworms clustered obtained in step (i) on a two-dimensional flat plate to spin silk to obtain composite material. USE - The method is useful for preparing nano-reinforced functional flat wire composite material. ADVANTAGE - The method: has simple operation; is environment-friendly, low cost, pollution free, suitable for large-scale production; can prepare composite materials with different functions, sizes and shapes according to needs. The nano-reinforced functional flat wire composite material: has structure similar to that of silkworm cocoon, excellent mechanical properties and special functions endowed by functional nanomaterials including antibacterial, electrical conductivity, UV resistance.
