NOVELTY - The system has a liquid cooling component provided with a frame structure. An inner side of the frame structure is provided with battery pack grooves. The battery pack groove is contained with a phase change material layer. A side edge of the phase change materials layer is connected with the liquid cooling components. The phase changes material layer is formed with battery grooves that are provided with multiple battery packs. A graphene film is provided in each battery pack. The graphene film in each of the battery packs is cylindrical, and is used to completely wrap the entire side of a single battery. USE - Reinforced heat transfer system for electric automobile 18650 battery pack. ADVANTAGE - The system accelerates the graphene film heat dissipation efficiency of the18650 battery, improves the heat transfer characteristics of the graphene films and the materials, reduces the temperature of the single battery in the power battery pack, and ensures the consistency of the temperatures of each single battery, increases the rigidity and strength of battery pack, is good for battery pack resistance to electric automobile ground vibration capability, and increases the stability of the electric vehicle chassis.
