NOVELTY - Paint comprises 15-30 pts. wt. silicone modified acrylic resin, 5-15 pts. wt. graphene composite heat-dissipation powder, 0.5-2 pts. wt. dispersant, 15-35 pts. wt. water and 0.01-0.05 pts. wt. auxiliary agent, where the graphene composite heat-dissipation powder includes 0.5-2 pts. wt. C60, 5-15 pts. wt. graphene and 1-3 pts. wt. thermal conductive powder. USE - The paint is useful in heat dissipation adhesive tape (claimed), and in mobile phone, CPU, LED and electronic component. ADVANTAGE - The paint: has effect of heat dissipation, which provides heat-dissipating adhesive tape directly paste into electronic components and can achieve high efficacy heat dissipation. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: (1) preparing paint, comprising (i) mixing C60, graphene, and thermally conductive powder, carrying out hydrothermal reaction, drying product, freezing and drying to obtain graphene composite heat sink, and (ii) mixing organosilicon modified acrylic resin and auxiliary agent, adding graphene composite cooling powder, water and dispersant, adjusting viscosity to obtain graphene composite heat dissipation coating. (2) heat dissipation adhesive tape, comprising graphene composite heat dissipation layer, thermal conductive insulating adhesive layer and protective release layer, where the graphene composite heat dissipation layer comprises graphene composite heat dissipation coating, the thermally conductive and insulating adhesive layer includes 15-35 pts. wt. adhesive resin, and 0.5-3 pts. wt. ceramic powder, the protective release layer is release paper, polyethylene terephthalate release film or polyimide release film. (3) preparing heat dissipation adhesive tape, comprising mixing bonding resin and ceramic powder, vacuum stirring, stretching and casting in sequence to obtain thermally conductive insulating adhesive layer on protective release layer, spraying or printing graphene composite heat-dissipating coating on thermally conductive insulating adhesive layer, and baking to obtain heat-dissipating tape.
