▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The method involves mixing thermally conductive filler with the binder at a certain mass ratio at 60 °C for 1 hour. The premixed expanded graphite, chopped carbon fiber and graphene oxide-mesophase pitch powder into a graphite mold and placed in a vacuum hot press. The prepared graphite plate is filled by one-time hot pressing into a graphite mold and is put back in the vacuum hot press. The graphite block is filled into a graphene mold to fix the shape, is placed in a high-temperature graphitization furnace and is kept to cool down to room temperature naturally after the graphitization process is completed to obtain graphite blocks. USE - Method for preparing heat dissipation in-plane and out-of-plane high thermal conductivity oriented graphite plate by hot pressing method used in aerospace industry. ADVANTAGE - The graphite block has excellent performance of in-plane radiating and high heat-conducting surface. The preparation technique is mature and controllable, the preparation time is short, the raw material is easy to obtain, and the surface external thermal conductivity of the prepared graphite plate is high.
