NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene sea water desalting film involves preparing graphite flakes by Hummers method, carrying out ultrasonic treatment to obtain graphene solution, and oxidizing graphene solution to obtain graphene oxide solution; adding graphene oxide, separating, washing, and centrifuging at 600-1000 revolutions/minute (rpm) to obtain 5-10 mg/mL graphene oxide slurry; microporous filtering to obtain precursor filter cake into 2-4 mg/mL macromolecule solution to obtain mixed solution, filtering mixed solution to obtain first filter cake, putting first filter cake and microporous filtering film into oven, drying at 30-50 degrees C, and adding first filter cake from micro-hole filter film to obtain graphene oxide film; and covering graphene oxide film by frame, mixing 2-3 mmol/L dichloroethane with pH of 5, 7-9 mmol/L hydroxy succinimide and 0.3-0.4 mol/L sodium chloride for 3-4 hours, adding 7-9 mmol/L methyl ester sulfonate, and washing with 2 times distilled water. USE - Method for preparing graphene sea water desalting film. ADVANTAGE - The method has simple preparation method, short technique flow, and low cost. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of graphene sea water desalting film comprises preparing graphite flakes by Hummers method, carrying out ultrasonic treatment to obtain graphene solution, and oxidizing graphene solution to obtain graphene oxide solution; adding graphene oxide, separating, washing, and centrifuging at 600-1000 revolutions/minute (rpm) to obtain 5-10 mg/mL graphene oxide slurry; microporous filtering to obtain precursor filter cake into 2-4 mg/mL macromolecule solution to obtain mixed solution, filtering mixed solution to obtain first filter cake, putting first filter cake and microporous filtering film into oven, drying at 30-50 degrees C, and adding first filter cake from micro-hole filter film to obtain graphene oxide film; covering graphene oxide film by frame, mixing 2-3 mmol/L dichloroethane with pH of 5, 7-9 mmol/L hydroxy succinimide and 0.3-0.4 mol/L sodium chloride for 3-4 hours, adding 7-9 mmol/L methyl ester sulfonate, washing with 2 times distilled water, removing mixed buffer solution, attaching ethylene diamine to film surface, and obtaining graphene oxide film; and preparing silicon dioxide vapor coating, coating surface of graphene oxide film, stewing, aging, and drying to form silicon dioxide phase layer.
