NOVELTY - Silicon-carbon composite material comprises a core composite material and a soft carbon layer coated on the surface of the inner core composite material. The inner core composite material is silicon dioxide/silicon/silicon carbide/graphene. USE - Silicon-carbon composite material for preparing lithium-ion battery. ADVANTAGE - The silicon-carbon composite material has high cycle life and high specific volume. It has good application prospect in the field of lithium-ion battery cathode. The method adopts wet sand grinding method to achieve the silicon-based material uniformly mixing on the oxidation graphene to-be nuclear, dispersing to soft carbon precursor co-carbonized reduction to obtain silicon-carbon composite material. The material has simple process route, reduces the cost, reduces the environment pollution, has good controllability, and is more suitable for industrial popularization and application. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) preparation method of the silicon-carbon composite material; and (2) a lithium-ion battery comprising anode, cathode and an electrolyte.
