NOVELTY - Preparation of near-infrared thermal repair flexible conductive film involves mixing graphene oxide, silver nitrate and ethylene glycol, obtaining mixed material liquid (A), mixing polyvinylpyrrolidone, ferric chloride and ethylene glycol, obtaining mixed material liquid (B), mixing the mixed material liquid (A) and the mixed material liquid (B), subjecting the obtained reaction material liquid to solvothermal reaction, obtaining a silver nanowire-graphene composite material, mixing the silver nanowire-graphene composite material, thermoplastic polyurethane, and N,N-dimethylformamide, and forming the resulting mixed slurry into a film, and drying. USE - Preparation of near-infrared thermal repair flexible conductive film (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method produces conductive film with high electrical conductivity and thermal conductivity. The conductive film has high repair efficiency under the action of near-infrared light, and can realize rapid multiple repairs.
