▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Production (12) of graphene nanoribbons (GNRs) involves exposing (10) carbon nanotubes (CNTs) to a medium containing an acid, a dehydrating agent, and an oxidizing agent to form a dispersion of CNTs in the medium. USE - Production of graphene nanoribbons (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables safe and economical production of GNRs which are non-oxidized, 100% defect free, have flattened and foliated structure, are un-functionalized and are pristine, within a short period of time of e.g. 5 minutes without requiring subsequent processing steps such as reduction step after the formation of GNRs. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a flowchart of a method of forming GNRs.
