NOVELTY - The panel has a first touch electrode located on substrate. The first touch electrode is fixed with a touch-sensitive electrode line. A transparent conductive layer is provided with a first metal oxide layer and a metal layer. The first metal oxide layer is formed with a graphene layer. A second metal oxide layer is arranged on a side of the first metal oxide layer. A second touch electrode is located in the first touch electrode from a side of a substrate. The touch electrodes are insulated from each other. The second touch electrode line comprises the transparent conductive layer. USE - Touch panel for a touch display device (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The panel reduces moire so as to improve optical quality of the touch panel. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a method for manufacturing a touch panel.
