▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Invention relates to a process for graphitization from a liquid hydrocarbon. The method consists in placing parts made of graphite in a liquid hydrocarbon, in connecting one of the rod-shaped parts to the plus of the current conductor of the welding fixture, connecting another part to the minus of the welding fixture, in heating the parts at atmospheric pressure at high temperature, in the formation of an electric arc between the parts, in the evaporation of liquid hydrocarbon with the formation of carbon on the surface of parts. At the same time, the method is characterized by the fact that the part connected to the minus is made in the form of a plate that functions as a substrate, both parts are placed in a liquid hydrocarbon with a gap one under the other, the rod part is installed with the possibility of reciprocating movement when heated, as in a horizontal , and in vertical planes relative to the part-plate, heating is carried out with a current of 30–60 A, graphite layers are formed from liquid hydrocarbon-oil on the surface of the part-substrate, layers are built up in the gap between the parts to form graphite with a graphene-type structure, while using both parts have the same electrochemical potential, the rod-shaped part is used as a process catalyst, liquid hydrocarbon is used as the main raw material for the resulting workpiece or product. USE - Graphitization. ADVANTAGE - Using the proposed method makes it possible to obtain a monolithic product or blanks from graphite. 1 cl, 9 dwg
