NOVELTY - Silica gel composite material comprises 1-3 g MXene material (two-dimensional inorganic compounds), 3-5 g h-boron nitride material, 0.5-1.5 g single-layer graphene powder, 20-50 g urea, and 10-45 g silica gel. The MXene material has functions of electromagnetic shielding, heat conduction, and charge conduction. The h-boron nitride material has insulation, isolation MXene and graphene nanosheets and thermal conductivity graphene have function of electromagnetic shielding and heat conduction. The urea molecule is a ball milling agent and has function of modifying the surface of the two-dimensional material. The MXene material, h-BN material, single-layer graphite The MXene powder is stripped and mixed by urea molecules under the condition of plasma ball milling to prepare a composite filler, which is dispersed in silica gel to obtain the silica gel-based composite material. USE - Silica gel composite material. ADVANTAGE - The silica gel composite material has high thermal conductivity and excellent electromagnetic shielding performance.
