▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Producing graphene quantum dots, comprises (a) preparing aqueous graphene oxide solution, (b) performing hydrothermal treatment of aqueous graphene oxide solution to form graphene hydrogel and graphene quantum dots which are adsorbed on surface of graphene hydrogel, and (c) adding the graphene hydrogel into organic solvent, and separating graphene quantum dots which are deposited on surface of the graphene hydrogel. USE - The method is useful for producing graphene quantum dots (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method produces quantum dots without performing centrifugation, filtration and dialysis processes.
