NOVELTY - Preparation of modified iron-based graphene reinforced composite involves sandblasting substrate surface for removing residual material by grinding to make rough substrate surface and improving bonding strength between substrate and spray coating layer, and spraying the coating layer substrate using modified iron-based graphene composite wire by thermal spray gun to form lesser iron-based graphene-reinforced composite coating on the substrate surface in which the coated surface has uniformly distributed less graphene grains. USE - Preparation of modified iron-based graphene reinforced composite (claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of modified iron-based graphene reinforced composite involves sandblasting substrate surface for removing residual material by grinding to make rough substrate surface and improving bonding strength between substrate and spray coating layer, and spraying the coating layer substrate using modified iron-based graphene composite wire by thermal spray gun to form lesser iron-based graphene-reinforced composite coating on the substrate surface in which the coated surface has uniformly distributed less graphene grains. The modified iron-based graphene thermal spray composite wire is composed of tubular wrapper material and filler powder. The tubular wrapper material is chosen from low carbon steel and low alloy steel. The filler powder is a mixture of iron-based graphene powder, ceramic particles, boron, chromium, nickel, refractory metal and nano aluminum oxide powder in the weight ratio of 40-85:1-10:0.1-2.5:2-20:1-4:1-5:5-20. The mass ratio of iron to carbon in the iron-based graphene powder is from 40-80:3.6-5.
