NOVELTY - Preparing organic graphene by grinding comprises complex graft intercalation with an intercalation agent, preparing organic graphene with mechanical shearing force by a ball mill comprising taking crystalline flake graphite and complex intercalant, adding the complex intercalating agent in distilled water, heating, mixing, ultrasonically treating, allowing the complex intercalation agent to penetrate sufficiently into the flake graphite layer, drying, ball milling, washing the ball mill product, filtering and drying. USE - The method is useful for preparing organic graphene by grinding (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method: improves exfoliated graphene efficiency; produces organic graphene material with high dispersibility; overcomes the technical problems of inefficiently peeling off and poor dispersibility of graphene; improves the separation efficiency of the graphene and improving the dispersion of the graphene; is environmentally-friendly; and has high yield. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing organic graphene by grinding comprises complex graft intercalation with an intercalation agent, preparing organic graphene with mechanical shearing force by a ball mill comprising (a) taking crystalline flake graphite and complex intercalant in a mass ratio of 1:(5-20), where the complex intercalating agent is an organic active agent, a polar wax and soluble inorganic salt in a mass ratio of 1:2:(2-5), the organic active agent is an alkyltrimethylammonium salt type, an alkyl dimethylammonium salt type, a nitrogen-containing imidazoline, morpholine and/or triazine derivatives, the polar wax is oxidized polyethylene wax, oxidized polypropylene wax and/or EVA wax, the soluble inorganic salt is soluble hydrochloride, nitrate, sulfate, carbonate, chromates, sulfonates and/or phosphates, (b) adding the complex intercalating agent into distilled water, heating, uniformly mixing until the soluble inorganic salt is completely dissolved, to obtain mixed solution, subjecting the mixed solution to ultrasonic treatment, setting the ultrasonic power at 100-500 KW, allowing the complex intercalation agent to penetrate sufficiently into the flake graphite layer, placing in a drying oven to dry for 2-10 hours until all the water is volatile, to obtain flake graphite intercalated with complex intercalating agent, (c) taking flake graphite intercalated with complex intercalating agent into the ball mill and stirring the ball mill for 5-20 hours, (d) washing the ball mill product with distilled water for 3-5 times, filtering and drying, to obtain an organic graphene having a surface grafted ionic group.
