NOVELTY - Preparation of bubble-type graphene involves taking substrate of metal foil-based graphene, spin-coating protective glue on upper surface of the metal foil to thickness of 0.5-2 mu m, etching substrate with etching solution, washing lower surface of metal coil-based graphene using deionized water at interval of 3-5 minutes until substrate is etched to thickness of 5-10 mu m, scrubbing lower surface of metal coil-based graphene using soft material, and airing in dustless environment for 30 minutes or more, to obtain foaming-type graphene by taking metal foil substrate as support layer. USE - Preparation of bubble-type grapheme (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The high-efficient bubble-type graphene has favorable usability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for usage method of bubble-type graphene, which involves soaking bubble-type graphene coated with protective glue in etching solution, etching the support layer to obtain graphene/overlapped structure glue, and cleaning using deionized water.
