▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A graphene complex nanofiber is obtained by dispersing graphene on surface of polymer nanofiber having thickness of 1-1000 nm, or carbon nanofiber. The graphene is single-layered graphene having thickness of 10 nm or less and/or multi-layered graphene. USE - Graphene complex nanofiber is used for manufacture of luminescent display, microresonator, transistor, sensor, transparent electrode, fuel cell and secondary battery. ADVANTAGE - The graphene complex nanofiber has excellent mechanical property and electrical characteristics. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for manufacture of graphene complex nanofiber.
