NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene involves uniformly mixing pyridine and formic acid in a volume ratio of 1:1-1:5, obtaining a mixed solvent, dispersing graphite oxide in the mixed solvent, obtaining a mixed solution, ultrasonically dispersing the mixed solution for 30-40 minutes, adding 0.2-0.5 ml methyl silicone oil, refluxing under atmospheric pressure until black substance is not precipitated, terminating refluxing, separating, and purifying. The usage amount of graphite oxide based on amount of the mixed solvent is 5-7 mg/ml. USE - Preparation of graphene (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of graphene having excellent quality by fully reducing graphite oxide with improved reduction rate by choosing reasonable reducing agent and related process parameters.
