NOVELTY - Method for preparing nano-coating on nylon 66 textile surface, involves (a) dispersing phytic acid and graphene oxide to a solvent, sealing the reaction at 150-180 degrees C for 10-20 hours, filtering the solution to obtain filter cake, washing and drying to obtain graphene oxide-phytic acid composite, (b) dispersing lignin and graphene oxide in the solvent, performing airtight reaction at 150-180 degrees C for 10-20 hours, filtering the solution to obtain filter cake, washing and drying to obtain a graphene oxide-lignin composite, (c) dispersing chitosan in the solvent to obtain chitosan dispersion, (d) adding graphene oxide-phytic acid composite and graphene oxide-lignin composite to chitosan dispersion, and adjusting the pH value equal to 3.5-4.5, and (e) dipping nylon 66 textile in the solution obtained in step (d), taking out the nylon 66 textile, drying at 60-90 degrees C, and maintaining at 120-140 degrees C for 3-10 minutes to obtain the nano-coating on nylon 66 textile surface. USE - Method for preparing nano-coating on nylon 66 textile surface. ADVANTAGE - The nano-coating has excellent heat-resistance and flame retardance effects.
