▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Zirconium dioxide based aqueous conductive acrylic emulsion comprises 5-10 pts. wt. n-butyl acrylate, 1-5 pts. wt. hydroxyethyl methacrylate, 10-30 pts. wt. acrylic acid, 0.1-1 pts. wt. potassium peroxydisulfate, 10-20 pts. wt. nano zirconium dioxide, 1-2 pts. wt. vinyl coupling agent, 5-10 pts. wt. carbon-based conductors, 1-2 pts. wt. emulsifying agent, 1-2 pts. wt. antifoaming agent and 1-2 pts. wt. softening agent. USE - Used as zirconium dioxide based aqueous conductive acrylic emulsion. ADVANTAGE - The emulsion has better hydrophilicity, good long-term stability and dispersion; and improves the relevant performance of the coating. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing acrylic emulsion comprising (i) adding nano zirconium dioxide into the ethanol solution, ultrasonically dispersing for 1-2 hours, adding vinyl coupling agent dropwise under stirring at 50-70degrees Celsius, continuing to stir, and removing the solvent by suction filtration to obtain pretreated nano-zirconia; (ii) adding acrylic acid and water into the pretreated nano-zirconia, adding potassium persulfate under nitrogen protection, stirring at 60-70degrees Celsius for 1-2 hours, filtering, washing, and drying to constant weight to obtain grafted zirconium dioxide; (iii) mixing grafted zirconium dioxide, emulsifying agent, antifoaming agent, softening agent and water, ultrasonically dispersing for 10-20 minutes, adding ammonium persulfate at 60-80degrees Celsius, stirring for 2-6 minutes, adding n-butyl acrylate, methyl methacrylate hydroxyethyl acrylate and the carbon-based conductive material and stirring
