NOVELTY - A composite nano-film is prepared by obtaining graphene quantum dot solution, film forming, preparing conductive polymer solution, and spin coating of graphene quantum dot film with conducting polymer solution. USE - Preparation of composite nano-film (claimed). ADVANTAGE - Preparation is easy and can be implemented on a large scale. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A composite nano-film is prepared by dispersing graphene oxide quantum dots in organic solvent to form graphene oxide quantum dot solution, adding dropwise graphene oxide quantum dot dispersed solution on surface of Langmuir-Blodgett (LB) film groove in ultrapure water tank, spreading dispersed graphene oxide quantum dots on surface of ultra-pure water, controlled LB films equipment slip fault compresses graphene oxide quantum dot film to film forming pressure forming a thin high density ordered graphene oxide quantum dot film (2) structure, transferring graphene oxide film to indium-tin-oxide (ITO) surface of silicon substrate (1) in a horizontal manner; adding 3,4-ethylene dioxythiophene and methyl benzenesulfonic acid in anhydrous ethanol solvent to obtain a poly-3,4-ethylene dioxythiophene solution which is a conductive polymer(3), obtained conductive polymer solution is deposited on graphene oxide quantum dot film by spin coating method.
