▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The sensor has a strain induction layer formed with an electrode. A flexible encapsulating layer comprises an upper PDMS substrate and a lower PDMS substrate. The electrode comprises a silver paste and a wire. An end of the wire is covered with a strain induction layer that is coated with silver paste. Another end of the wire is formed with an outer side of the flexible encapsulation layer. A strain-sensing layer is formed as a redox graphene rhombus net-shaped structure. Length of the strain induction layer is about 4-60 mm. USE - Flexible stress sensor. ADVANTAGE - The sensor has better durability, large tensile strain range, high sensitivity and stable linear change. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a method for manufacturing a flexible stress sensor.
