▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing low chromatic aberration ceramic comprises apply coloring agent on the green body, sintering at 1250-1300 degrees C for 90 minutes, cooling to obtain first body, where the coloring agent includes 45-55 wt.% modified graphene, 4.5-5.5 wt.% amine chloride, and 39.5-50.5 wt.% water, applying primer on the first body, firing at 1200-1250 degrees C, half-polishing to obtain intermediate, where the base glaze includes 25-40 wt.% quartz stone, 20-45 wt.% potash feldspar, 3-10 wt.% kaolin, 1-5 wt.% borax, 2-5 wt.% zinc oxide, 2-5 wt.% zirconium silicate, 1-5 wt.% calcium carbonate, 2-5 wt.% magnesium carbonate, 2-5 wt.% strontium carbonate, 1-3 wt.% phosphorus pentoxide, 1-3 wt.% lithium carbonate, and 0.5-2 wt.% modified graphene, applying transparent glaze on the intermediate, firing at 1150-1200 degrees C, polishing it softly, and grinding to obtain low color difference ceramic. USE - The method is useful for preparing low chromatic aberration ceramic. ADVANTAGE - The method: enables preparation of low-color difference ceramic with reduced color difference, and uniform and flat glaze color; and is simple.
